Marissa & Molly visit!

Sooo almost exactly a month ago my sister-in-law, Marissa, and niece, Molly, came to visit! Because I'm a terrible friend and in law I'm just now getting around to blogging about it, although we had so much fun at the time!

Emma and I picked up Marissa and Molly from the airport, and then Molly and Emma took naps when we got home. Then Lulu picked up Clara from school and came to our house in time for the girls to wake up. We celebrated the cousin reunion with hollowed out pumpkins.
As you can see Clara is now apparently old enough to decide to not sit in a pumpkin :)
However, if you want to take a trip down memory lane, here is Clara's first autumn season and her pumpkin adventures: Clara is a Pumpkin 2012

Adorable 3-some
This looks like a pregnancy announcement for ME, but I assure you that the extra mini pumpkin is announcing MARISSA is about to have another baby girl not me :) FOUR little lady cousins! so fun!

Emma's only pumpkin smile :)

Then Lulu gave each of the girls a set of ballerina pajamas, which made the already fabulously adorable girls even more fabulously adorable since they matched!
Lulu also brought over these delicious Pumpkin Cheerios which were loved by the small fry AND the adults.

Bonus Emma picture because it's sweet
Molly spent quite a while going up and down the handful of steps we have upstairs:
heheheh
:)
Molly is so serious here, but they really did have fun playing on the bus and in the tippee!

The highlight of their trip for Molly definitely was NOT the trampoline adventure.

That's okay :) She had fun with Lulu and Papa and the rest of us anyway (once she was free of the trampoline that is)

The next day Molly got special permission from Kidville to participate in Clara's ballet class!

This was what Clara was looking forward to the most when I told her Molly was coming to visit: "Molly come to ballet!?!?"

Luckily we have a ballet outfit that fit Molly pretty well

Then in typical post-ballet tradition we went to get dinner with Lulu & Papa and Daddy.

So many silly smiles!

The next day we were sad to see Marissa and Molly go, but I suppose it's only fair that Marissa's family get some time with them too ;)

So on the way to drop them off we met up with Marissa's Mom, her sister and niece, and her friend and her son at Gattyland! Clara was at school so she missed out on the fun, but since it was during nap time I don't think she would have enjoyed it much anyway.

You may notice that Emma is wearing this gigantic bib thing. Well that's because she was vomiting ALL.THE.TIME. and I didn't have enough outfits to change her into without doing laundry every other day. We now know it's a sweet potato allergy and can thankfully ditch the massive bibs and just steer clear of that particular food. So strange.

Lulu & Emma Lou
She LOVED riding the carousal the first little while, but of course once we brought out the camera she wasn't going to give us the big happy grins anymore.

Ruthie & Molly - so sweet!
Where is horse's nose? ears?
Riding on the train!
It was a lovely visit! I'm so glad they came!!
