Our Trip to Denver was a blast. I'll start with getting-to-Colorado process.
Bryan and I went to work Wednesday morning, met back up at the house around 12:30, and were in the car ON THE WAY by 1pm! We were impressed with ourselves.
We stayed in a small motel in Vernon, TX that night. Thank goodness the puppies were (mostly) well-behaved :)
Once we crossed through New Mexico and into Colorado, we started seeing pockets of snow on the ground! What did the puppies want to do first? You tell me .... :)
All that grass with only a little snow, and they wanted to pee on the white stuff. Go figure.
All week long they LOVED the snow!!! Lots of play-and-sniff time.
We finally arrived at John & Janie's place in Denver that evening! (19 hour car ride total.) We had dinner with Janie, John, & Tyler - and the puppies played the getting to know each other game, also called "I'M the alpha dog." Sleep ensued and we were very happy. Time for some fun!
