Taking such good care of Baby this afternoon!!
First, she made sure all of her other "babies" were in good shape. She Hippo looked sad and so she put a hat on her - from the Texans' ice cream cart :)
Then Baby needed a new diaper. But the changing pad felt a little out of reach for our petite toddler.
Not to fret, the glider proved to be a viable alternative.
She grabbed a diaper and the wipes case by herself. She took a wipe out. closed the top and wiped down Dolly on top of her clothes, picking up her legs and everything. I took INCREDIBLE self-control to not crack up :) Such an imitator! It's amazing!
She got the diaper on mostly right.
When she was rummaged through her dirty clothes hamper (which I later found out was to dress Baby), I took a moment while she was distracted to get the diaper slightly more secure :)
Once Baby was dressed in Clara's dirty clothes (jeans a heavy shirt rolled up drastically), Baby was ready to play.
First Clara had her "Rock rock" on her horsey.
Then took her for a walk in the baby stroller.
But I guess Baby was hungry, because Clara took her out of the stroller, tried to put Baby on her hip to make her a snack.

Baby was put in the Bumbo and given a juice box while all of her food was put in the microwave, refrigerator and oven in turn.
Phew. That's a lot of work. But thankfully a snack was ready and Clara kept telling baby to "eat, eat" (you'll see in the video, too funny)
Video:
Clara made herself some soup like Mommy likes to eat for lunch :)
Such a precious little "mommy." It was sweet to see how many hugs and "dat oh-day"s (that's okay) she would give Baby if she fell out of the stroller or "dropped" her food. She's going to be such a fun big sister!!
