Today I am thankful for being there for Clara's first
Fighting Texas Aggie football game!
Between the lack of sleep, my health issues, Bryan catching the flu, & teething I didn't really think we would be going, BUT this morning Bryan said he was feeling "well enough" to try it.
We dropped the pups off at doggie daycare & drove to College Station. CB did great on the way - sleeping for most of it. (The drive back is a different story.)
I wore her in the carrier on the long walk to the stadium and up the ramps to our seats. That girl child is getting heavy!
She really enjoyed all the noise, yells, and especially swaying to the War Hymn :) She also liked smiling at everyone who admired her sweet self.
She lasted the entire first half, and even a portion of half time - which meant we got to see the band!- before making it clear she was finished. I'm glad we left when we did because she screamed & cried all the way home. Oh well.
I'm glad we went!! It was fun!
