Wednesdays are ballet days! Are you tired of me updating about these classes? I sure hope not because I think she's so adorable dancing around in her tiny tutu :)
Emma was interested more in snoozing than dancing but Clara was VERY excited it was time for ballet class!
She loves wearing her little tights and, leotard and pretty pink bow :)
She also enjoys a pre-ballet snack of cheese nips :)

Bubbles & streamers always start class off!!
I had just decided to take a video of Clara twirling with the ribbon streamers when Clara became really concerned about her poor classmate who cries through every class :( She offered her the streamer to try to make her feel better:
Then most of the tiny ballerinas decided to take a look at themselves in the mirror - I would too if I was that cute!
Every class they have a skills practice time - balancing, jumping, and ballet terms I don't know how to spell - and Clara loves this part of class! Next to the tea part at the end, it's her favorite part :)

Today Clara was even willing to do the jump in-and-out of the ring exercise when she normally skips right over!
The balance beam is her other favorite part. And even though parents are "encouraged to assist their children" Clara does NOT wish to have mommy's assistance, as you'll hear in the video, "no no mommy! go away, cwara do it!"
After all that dancing it was time for their story time and tea party, which Clara slurped right now.
I guess she got all worn out because laid down on the job during the bye-bye song, even with Lulu's ribbon streamer encouragement!

I can't help it, toddler interactions CRACK ME UP. They are hysterical. Awkward and trying to be like their mommies and having no idea - it's just wonderful and beautiful and I love it

Since Clara did an awesome job at ballet today, we decided to brave dinner at Rico's.
That was the BEST behaved our girls have ever been at a restaurant together! Such a proud mommy! Even the waiter complimented Clara :) *beams*
Clara colored and then did her usual "eat eat eat!" and ate most of her chicken and rice.
Emma took a nap on Daddy (Clara does better with Mommy's help during dinner).
Since she did such a great job eating and behaving, we let her have one of the free frozen yogurts you can get there - Clara's idea of Heaven. Even better, she wanted to split it with mommy. "Mommy 'ick, Cwawa ick" and back and forth, haha

You may not be hearing from me for a few days because we are off on vacation! I'm not sure what our internet or time availability will be. Should be fun!!
