Saturday's Triple Birthday Party Palooza

This is actually the second time I've written this post. I have no idea what happened to the first one, but I'm praying this one doesn't disappear into the cyber world because I truly do not want to write it again. But we had so much fun, I've got to share!

Saturday was a Party Palooza! It was so much. We actually had 4 parties we planned to attend because we want to show everyone how much we love them, but unfortunately by the time party 3 was at an end, our kiddos were too.

I realized Saturday morning that I didn't have any wrapping paper that didn't say something like "Welcome Baby Girl!" or "Ho ho ho" so we needed to make our own - oops!

A couple of sheets of construction paper and some stamps and we were on our way.
Thanks Elsa Clara for helping me!!

Then it was time for the first party of the day: Zachariah's Cars themed 4th birthday party at The Woodlands Children's Museum!
Balloons are a big hit!

Cruising around town

Sisterly tea party
Decorating balloons
Emma chowing down on some blue berries, cheese and crackers while Clara decorates a balloon:

By herself!

yummy cookie cake
And a craft at the museum making princesses to top it off!!

Then it was time to go home for a nap resisted quiet time in our rooms before driving over to L's 3rd & S's 1st joint "Double Scoop" party at their house!

They had a bouncy house set up, which wore the kiddos out quickly!

They did all sorts of pretending - mermaids, fish, frogs, elephants, princesses, all sorts of good stuff!

L being so sweet to Emma Lou
Emma thinks she's a big girl with her spoon and ice cream
Birthday ice cream!
Happy birthday L&S!!

Me: Clara, do you want some ice cream?
CB: No, I'm too tired for ice cream.
Me: Really!?!
CB: Yeah. But I could eat some tuptakes.
Me: Mmmhmmm.

Clara loving L's Elsa shoes
sweet sweet hugs
And then we went to our last one: Devon's 3rd Birthday Pool & Pizza Party!

It was a really cool pool. There was a deep area (7ft +) with a diving board, and attached large area that was 3-4 ft, plus a separate shaded baby pool (1.5 ft). Great for families! The kids certainly enjoyed it.

The shaded baby pool; Clara being AWESOME and waiting patiently on the side until I had Emma read to go.

Clara practiced her "mermaid" skills from swim class by jumping to Daddy!

and working on her monkey walk and getting out by herself
Meanwhile, Emma stuffed herself with TWO(!!) slices of pizza and watched Clara.
she is way too cute
The two babies (Emma & Parker) were a big attraction to the bigger kiddos:

Crabby Clara (pun intended)
There was really no where to change Emma but this bleacher, but she was surprisingly docile and let me change her out of her swimsuit! A very pleasant surprise and change.

Time for gifts:

Saying bye bye
We really wanted to make Regan's Graduation Party, and I thought we could, but by the time we left Devon's party the girls were so completely done. We are SO proud of Regan and look forward to seeing her excel in college next year!!!
