Yesterday afternoon, after Clara's siesta, Grady, Marissa, Molly, Mom, Meemaw and Papaw all showed up for some visiting and baby-loving time :) It was so, so nice.

It's from a few days ago, but it's so stinkin' funny!
When Molly woke up from her nap and got her out of the carseat, Clara was a little concerned that someone else needed her Lulu. Mom let them both have some lap-time, and Clara got a chance to check out her cousin up close and personal again. She even offered Molly some water. So considerate :)
At first Clara wasn't too sure if she should get close to Papaw, which cracked us all up. But before long she was sharing her books with him too. He made sure to make all the animal noises, so of course she played along!
Phew. Reading and playing is hard work. Better rest next to Maverick.

After a little while, Marissa accompanied me to Hobby Lobby since I'm in charge of centerpieces for MOPS this year .... and I only have 2 weeks left to figure out what I'm going to do and get them together :-/
Taking CB to Hobby Lobby is ZERO fun these days, because she wants to touch everything and run around. Not gonna happen - too much is breakable there!!
So Meemaw, Lulu, Papaw and Uncle G held down the fort with the 3 dogs and 2 girls, and we made a crafting trip!
When we got back both girls were snoozing away:
Then Papa showed up just in time for loving on a now-awake Molly!
Once both girls were awake, and Bryan got home from work, all 9 of us headed out to get some Tex-Mex.

This seriously cracked me up. She wanted to "dip" her crackers like we do chips into the salsa. So we got her a little cheese and she dipped it just like the grown-ups.

Such a nice sunset to walk out to on the way home. It was past squirt's bedtime, so off we went.
It was a really wonderful afternoon/evening for me.
Maybe it's because everyone else was taking care of Clara so I got to visit with everyone?
