This afternoon we drove out to Lake Conroe to go swimming and play with Lulu and Papa.

Almost accidentally we discovered Clara liked the pool even more when she had her own personal "mini-pool" within the pool on one of the floats!
She had a ball sitting, standing, playing, splashing. It was so stinkin' cute. She had the freedom to move that she craves, yet wasn't so independent that we weren't ready to catch her at a second's notice. I will definitely remember this trick next time!

Once Clara got pooped out from the pool, we went in, dried off, and played inside.

After swimming and playing we worked up quite an appetite! Clara actually ate really well for Papa, especially the spanish rice, "mmmm" :)
But eventually even Papa couldn't keep Clara from getting too sleepy to eat anymore.
