Today Lulu was so very very helpful and sweet by not only taking Clara to her doc appt because I felt like death, but also keeping Clara entertained while I was at the doctor and picking up my prescriptions.
If you live in the Houston area, you probably experienced some rain today. This really puts a damper on Clara's day because she adores being outside.
Apparently she asked Lulu several times for "ah-side" but Lulu had to tell her no, the weather was too wet and yucky. CB even asked to put on a coat (that's a new one!) to see if that would grant her access to the great out of doors. As this last attempt failed (though brilliant scheming on her part), she saw the leashes and decided that maybe walking the dogs would get her what she wanted.
After following the dogs around and calling "puppies", she repeatedly attempted to put the leashes on the dogs. Sensing the brewing storm that failure brings to a toddler, Lulu intervened and leashed up Goose so Clara could take her for an inside walk.
Goose was apparently confused and somewhat displeased about this development, but it made Clara happy :)
She's so funny!
