Today, despite the occasional rain, the concrete was poured!
Clara was FASCINATED by this process (unlike the way she felt about the jackhammer - "all done mommy! pweese all done!") She would point to her ear and go "oh! listen!" when the guys would talk to each other. She also kept pointing to the ground and saying "is wet." She watched for a long time.
They covered up the concrete with the tarps. We can't wait to see what it looks like tomorrow (or Thursday) when they come uncover it!
