Day 2 of Packing & Errands
Today is mostly packing. Our kitchen is nearly completely finished and a lot of headway has been made in the den.
Although I'm not sure it looks like it in the pictures :)
We've also completely packed up our clothes, except for a "weekly" bag for each of us which should last us until we can unpack in our new apartment this weekend.
The Goodwill truck is supposed to come by sometime soon to pick up a few things that couldn't fit into either of our cars.
Our plan for the rest of the day consists of finishing up the kitchen, den and office. We may be a little optimistic, but we only have until tomorrow evening to get everything ready for the uHaul. I also have a doctor's appointment and need to be working on PPR stuff (bleh) today which takes up time. Although maybe I should be grateful for small breaks in packing??
Note for anyone moving in the future: Home Depot boxes are pretty lousy. Stick with uHaul boxes!
