This is a tardy blog post, but recently Miss Clara turned 3 months old! That's a big deal when you've only been in the outside world such a small amount of time. AND Megan was visiting from New York to celebrate with us! :)
Megan began this quilt as soon as she found out I was pregnant and having a baby girl. The theme is "The Cow Jumping Over Texas" :)
Much of this quilt is hand-made. I cannot even imagine how much time & effort went into this priceless gift. I know Clara is going to cherish it.
We had so much fun visiting! She was here from Friday afternoon until around lunch today when I dropped her off at the airport. We haven't seen each other since almost exactly 3 years ago at our wedding. And that wasn't really the best time/place to REALLY catch up, so this was awesome!
Here's the tiny baby posing as her cute 3 month self :)

Dear Clara,
You smile all the time.
You wiggle and kick your feet.
You want to go, go, go!
You're wearing 3-6 month clothes.
You're not sleeping through the night yet.
You now LOVE your swing and kick'n'play piano.
The dogs fascinate you.
Your eyes are still a pretty blue.
You stuff everything you can grab into your mouth.
I love you baby girl!!
Mommy
