Wednesday after Bible Study and a nap, Clara and I drove down to Memorial City Mall to meet up with Jan, BreAnna and Ruth. Marissa was in the original plan, but she had to leave earlier than we could get there for an appointment. (Next time, Auntie M!)
This is a reallllly nice mall, with a great playarea for the kiddos.
Jan and BreAnna were finishing up some shopping when we got there, so Clara did some exploring on her own first.
When she eventually climbed up into the top of the castle play area, there are these little red tinted windows that look out over the rest of the play area. Apparently this was very uncool. Clara had a complete meltdown.
I removed her from the scary situation, and we had a quick rejuvenating snack of bananas.

Phew. Bananas in her tummy, she was ready to play some more.
She pushed these little spirals around and around and around for quite a while.
By then Miss Ruthie had joined us and was ready to play too!
There is this teeny tiny area for just toddlers, and we started the girls off there to get reacquainted. Plus we don't have to worry *as* much about them getting trampled by older kiddos.
Clara always enjoys seeing BreAnna! Even if it's been a while. I love how easy it is for Clara to warm up to her!
