Happy M Thanksgiving Day 3

Sunday the kids all woke up and were more than recharged and ready to play some more. Clara was much too excited to change clothes and just insisted we put her "chooos" on over her PJs. Fine with me!

The kids were playing red light, green light but Clara didn't quite get the concept and just kept running around the field in various directions regardless of what light was said. It at first bothered the littlier kiddos, but they felt better once they realized Clara had no idea what they were doing and never wanted to win :)

Clara got to "rock rock" in all of the chairs by the now-dead campfire thanks to Uncle G's superior supervision skills.

Mmmm oranges for breakfast! And applesauce. Perfect.

"Helping" Lulu peel it.

After breakfast Mommy tried to change Clara's diaper. After the diaper was changed she wasn't interested in putting her feet back in the legs. Or taking it off of her arms. But she did want her "choos" so that's why you see what you do below:

Silly girl.
Kept trying to figure out why it wasn't sticking together properly.

Marissa with Goose. These dogs received PLENTY of attention this weekend, I can assure you.

It's hard for the 2 white dogs to hide their crimes. Their feet kind of give away the fact that they were playing in or by the pond again.

Mmmm, pretzels.

:)
How can you resist?!

Uncle Scot, Travis, Amy and Riley visiting

Clara's sleeper ended up tied in a knot so she wouldn't trip on it.

"Wait for me, Papa!"

so so so sweet
"Helping" Lulu clean bathrooms and change sheets.

Lost the sleeper all together! Now just a "dieber" and "choos"

Helping Mommy sweep and change the sheets in their room before it's time to go home.

Once this little chica was dressed and with a little motrin for the pain her teeth were causing her, she conked out for over 2 hours on the way home! That NEVER happens! Maybe 10 minutes a handful of times the past few months but that's it - usually it's in the crib or nothing. She really did run her little heart out though.

We had such a wonderful time with everyone! Great food, great conversation, lots of activity and perfect weather. Loved, loved, loved this weekend.

Hope you had a great Thanksgiving as well!

(Two more blog posts with family pictures and a few videos will come once they're available)
