On Saturday we woke up, packed, and got the car loaded in time to head to the Happy M Ranch.
Clara was a huge "help" while we packed. She kept removing articles of clothing, pretending to put them on, and then hiding them somewhere in the house ... it's amazing we didn't leave anything super important!

Such a goofball.
The trip down to Cuero took over 3 and a half brutal hours. Clara had been having a really rough time from the medicine and then coupled with a mandatory ride in the car = no bueno. She alternated screaming, crying and moaning all the way there. We were VERY relieved to pull in!
When we got there we had a surprise waiting for us: Meemaw & Papaw were there!!

And one of Clara's Christmas gifts from Lulu & Papa was already out and full of books, just waiting for her to see it :)
She loves the mini wagon! Although she originally thought it was for her to ride in, she has since decided it's a great mode of transportation for Dolly and any other random item she may find around the house. Leaves are a perfectly acceptable alternative if outside.

Not a lot went on besides a fussy tiny one on this particular day, but things get more exciting the next day!
